Buying:
You can buy with us by using our secure credit card servics terminal over the phone, or call
our dedicated phone line for a chat with our sales team to get a quote for your requirements. With either debit or credit card your order will be despatched very quickly, or you may also
pre-order over the phone and send us a cheque. Orders however will only be despatched when the cheque is cleared.
Please note that credit card payments will be subject to a 2% surcharge, debit cards have no surcharge.

Delivery:
Sleepers are an awkward product to deliver so we either use a pallet company or we deliver to your home with our fleet of articulated lorries with forklift offload facility. Unfortunately, we do require that you make sure we can get down your road or street, avenue or close, with such a large vehicle. We can usually access most properties though! Once you have decided on how many sleepers you need for your project and indeed if you need any stone to go along with your order, please call us and we can give our best quotation for delivery.
We will always find you the best value way to get your goods safely to your home. Small deliveries are by tail lift truck. This means that we cannot deliver onto gravel driveways or sloping driveways without prior notification so that we can arrange alternative transport. Please also ensure you inform us of any weight or access restrictions in getting to your delivery location. Failure to provide this information at the time of ordering can cause your deliveries to be late and/or incurr additional delivery charges.
